Obviously we want you to have an enjoyable stay and to this end we try to keep extras to a minimum, therefore there is NO additional charge for oil or electricity. Logs are available for the woodburners in The Granary and Linhay and after the initial bag which is free a charge is made.

Bed Linen and towels are included.

If you wish to bring pets they must be controlled, you are staying on a farm where there are animals. Pets do come with a surcharge of £20 per week.

To check availability or to book go to the property tab which you wish to check availability and click the book button. A calender will appear and you can check the dates you wish to book. You will also get a price. If you wish to proceed then continue, if not or you wish to change your dates use clear date link and select new dates. You can leave this part without booking or parting with any money it is the systems method of checking availability. A 25% deposit is payable on booking with the balance due 60 days prior to the commencement of your stay. If the payment schedule is not met the stay will be re-let.

None of these payments are refundable so we suggest you take out your own insurance. However with current Covid uncertainity if either you cannot travel or we have to close we would offer a date transfer.

All prices include VAT at current rates (5%); any changes in the rates will be adjusted accordingly.

Re arrival and departure times: the cottages should be vacated by 10am on the day of departure.

Arrival on the day is ideally not before 4pm so as to allow us time to have the property cleaned before your arrival.

Short breaks are available out of main season and you can check availability by using the book button as described above.

Normal changeover day is Saturday if you stay for the week.
